A. no. its ok. Well, this looks ok but avoid self medication. try giving proper diet n don't miss on dose in this. aloe vera gel or olive oil massage aid in getting rud of these marks. however it will take few years in to go ok

A. definitely it is a serious issue and you need to consult the doctor as soon as possible there should not be any kind of a delay in this go to your gynecologist immediately to get your self examined till then stay safe and healthy
