Hi Doc, accidentally I had bitter gourd curry with rice but now I am so scared as it causes miscarriage. is it true?

But there is no problem in having bitter go during the time of pregnancy I don’t know who has given you this idea that you’re not advisable to eat it but it’s okay if you eat it if you are so scared please connect with your Hospital or Dr immediately tore of this load of your head
