Q.

Hi all, it's been 2 months 2 days I have delivered baby. from when shall I start walking and exercise. can anyone please suggest on this.

A. normal delivery you can start now Cesarean section after 6 months Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. tq u... yes I had c section..so please confirm now I should not do walking also

A. start with walking and exercise after 4-6months if you have c section delivery.. brisk walking or yoga or low intense exercise.. take care of diet.. restrict sugar and sweet intake.. keep your self well hydrated..
