Q.

Hi... after delivery my weight is not decreased... should I start workout... I ad c section so guide me how to start up my exercises

A. Continue with breast feeding it helps you to lose weight. Have healthy diet. It is advisable to start with the exercise routine only after 6 months of delivery. You need to consult your doctor before you get on any routine. tc
