hey guys.. help me to increase breast milk to flow..

shreya goelMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello mom You should add more dairy products in your regular diet plan and you should start taking at least 2 to 4 cup of milk in a day. He should also add more jeera and ajwain in your regular diet. It will help in increasing breastmilk. Still doesn’t getting results. Then you have to consult all start giving formula milk to your baby.
