Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

U Should not start working out before 8 to 9 months of your delivery because till the time your stitches do not take a lot of time to me if you want to go for any kind of exercise you should always take permission from your gynaecologist because she can guide you the best whether you are fit enough to go for it or not
