hello...taking curd in diet everyday is healthy in pregnancy or specially in last months?

A. yes, it's healthy.. don't worry. take well balanced diet including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein. drink plenty of fluids. continue with iron n calcium
