A. dear mom eat good protiens , variety of vegetables and fresh fruits , hydrate yourself well include dal, eggs, chicken ,paneer, soya, tofu, curds in each meals any of these

A. Hello dear! Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the daily diet. Be physically active as much as possible unless suggested otherwise by your doctor.
