my child is 2.6 months old .. I need a healthy diet for his everyday .. and few recipes

A. dear your 2.6 year old child should be having all the family foods so the recipes as prepared in the house the meals should be wholesome having variety groups like grains, pulses/non veg vegetables green leafy vegetables fruits dairy products like curd paneer nuts
