Hello sir ..my son is 4.4 yrs old he only asks for things he need in 2-3words he doesn’t make sentences neither communicate nor stories and is also hyperactive i m worried what to do

A. If the kid is 4 years old and not able to speak in full sentences, please contact your doctor or a speech therapist for proper diagnosis so that appropriate treatment can be started at the right time. A direct examination by the doctor is required.
