Good afternoon sir our baby is 4 months old . he doesn't sleep neither day nor night. he sleep almost 20 minutes only always then he wake up .

A. it will improve with time but take care of any environmental disturbance which is affecting the sleep and give regular breastfeeding sleeping is different in different babies and it the growth of the child is proper do not worry much about the sleeping pattern but it will always improve with increasing age of the child and you have to just take care of any environmental factor which might be disturbing the sleep
