Q.
hello.My son has just completed 3 years in October. he identifies and speaks all alphabets and 1 to 20 numbers even.but not convers normally with us. he has no sense or pee or poo yet..he uses sign language for drinking water. he is going in play group but there also not responding by calling his name. m very stressed that what to do.pls guide.

ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist3 years agoA. does he comprehend what you speak? does he communicate well with eye contact. if not better to consult paediatrician, speech therapist. encourage speaking, do not overcorrect his words, tell stories, regular conversations, asking leading questions, songs with hand gestures will help..
