Hello, my baby is 2 yr 10 m old,but don't communicate. she speaks alphabets and numbers but don't talk.

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi your baby is 3 years old now if baby can understand what you say and follow your instructions and also give good eye contact when you speak with him then don't worry juts encourage him to speak with you and use audio and video of rhymes and pictorial books for better understanding of language
