hi doctor my Don is 3 years 3 months he reads alphabets and identified the animals and numbers but he doesn't talk like I need water

A. as he is 3.3 year old.. you could take him to a paediatric speech therapist and get an evaluation done. There are numerous potential reasons for a speech delay/disorder and professional will be able to lead you in the right direction.
