Hello, My concern is regarding my 4.7 year old son. He weight is not increasing though he eats well and everything except sweet items.plz suggest as he looks very thin.

because for a child it is more important to stay healthy and active then any other things

there is difference between to look thin and to have low weight gain.
so at first ensure that your child weighs enough or not.
ideally ,4 year old kid should have weight between 14 to 17 kg.
