ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear ma’am, try giving multigrain mix once a day along with regular meals. And add few drops of ghee to any two solid feeds. Continue to encourage frequent breastfeeding. Banana, sweet potato, green peas, eggs, dals etc are also a good choice.

You can give foods like ragi porridge, homemade cerelac, cereal pulse, kheer, vegetable purée, dal rice, khichadi.
Seasonal fruits
Curd, paneer
Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible.
Give 3 meals a day and up to half katori every time.
Continue to breastfeed.
