Q.

Hello my child is 3 yrs. old n he is not doing any conversation with us. please suggest?

A. DEVELOPMENT by the age of 2 years the child should be able to speak few words with meaning in the sentence and should be able to understand all the commands and orders given by the parents and if you feel that they are not present in your child it is i5mportant to meet your pediatrician to assess the growth milest7ones of the child and whether there is any need of therapy or not

A. keep questioning about everything and everytime as the baby will start.. keep encouraging the baby more and more on speaking.. break the words and sentence and let baby repeat after you.. let the baby mingle with same age groups..
