Hello!!!My baby is 4 months old... I would like to start mamaearth soothing Massage oil, so could you please help me out which's the best time for massage??? Can I massage at evening time around 4:00pm?? please suggest me!!

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. hi, you can ise it.. if it suits your baby skin.. but good to use natural oils. you can massage at 4 pm.. but make sure you close the door and keep the room warm when you are massaging your baby during massaging.
