hello, my baby is 18 days old can we do gentle massage and bath her?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician6 years agoA. yes you can do Massage and bath to your baby . Be gentle, dont rub hard or do forcefully,. Make sure he is not hungry or sleepy. U can bath him 20-30 Mins after feed. make sure the water temperature is not too hot or cold.

Dear Dad, you can give massage and bath to your little one daily. please take care of your little ones hygiene and give massage and bath daily even in winters donot skip giving bath with warm water. massage Is important for the growth and better blood circulation and is a good way to improve the bond .
