hello. my baby doesnot like ghee so i use vegetable oil in cooking baby food. is it k Or any other oil is preferable?

NikithaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello cold pressed oil would be a better option if possible and also try to had ghee in small quantity at least when you serve food and see if the child will be able to take as it is rich in calcium and good for the bone development other wise give other calcium rich food in the diet
