hello.. my 2 ur old kid developed with fever on 11th evening.Next day we appreciated enlarged node beneath left cheek.. slight swelling was also seen on left cheek... and he was very irritative saying pain inside mouth also. Next day afternoon he developed rashes on knees, elbows, palm, hand, sole and foot. and was not eating anything and also was not speaking and drinking water also... with great difficulty we noticed some rash or lesions in oral cavity also.. and fever was reduced in a day. what could be the condition.
