Hello mam please give me some tips to reduce post delivered weight

A. Hello To reduce weight, try to add more vegetables, skim milk, egg whites, soya flour, pulses , fish in your meals Add nuts & fruits in selective quantities too Try to drink adequate water. Exercise daily for 45 minutes atleast

A. start your day with warm zeera water. drink plenty of water in a day. have multi grain atta instead of normal atta. have a balance diet of carbs protein and fat. drink green tea after each meal. have dinner at least two hours before bedtime.
