hello mam. on 3rd October I am blessed with baby girl. she is my second child & i have gone through C- section. I want to know how to increase lactation. I think her tummy is not getting filled. please help me out mam

A. First of all, make sure that you take at least 3 L of water per day because most of the milk is water. You can improve the protein intake in your diet and include subza seeds, methi, eggs, oats etc. in your diet
