hello, mam my child is 3.5 month. how i can increase breast milk. am already taking zandu shatavari powder but then also no as per it should be. so please suggest me more

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. use other measures to increase breast milk, Take 1 tsp methi seed daily with warm water will help.It is a demand and supply mechanism, so latch more often.
Have fluids before and after breast feeding.

Try Having fenugreek capsule if you want to they are also quite helpful in increasing the electrician but here I would like to tell you that there is no hundred percent guarantee that it is going to increase with any medicine you can definitely try them but if it does not increase then you’ll have to take a support of formula feeding
