Hello mam i under went c section so can you suggest after how many months i can start with the exercises and tredmill atleast

A. Hello dear parent, you should start with your exercises now also but with simple ones only. Where you do not exhert yourself. As you still have stitches. You can increase the intensity of your exercises after 6 months of pregnancy.
