Hello Mam, I'm 25 facing problem in conceiving , almost 2yrs since we started planning, I have PCOS & thyroid which is under control now,but I have left fallopian tube blockage can i conceive naturally ? what would you suggest me to do Dr. kindly please advice !!!

Laparoscopic testing is required
But as your age is small
You can try few planned relations and then follicular monitoring after Letrozole
Take folic acid
Keep relations 2-3 times a week
