I have pcos and thyroid problem suggest about food diet

A. Hi, for thyroid you need to do walking and any exercise like yoga or workout. Since you’ll be having slow digestion metabolism. Any food which is home-made you can take. Avoid soya, capsicum, Palak more. You can take once in a month. Take adequate liquid which is very important. Be relaxed. For PCOS you need a proper medication
