Q.

hi doctor I had thyroid and pcos problem.i go for walk almost 45 minutes daily ,I'll completly change my diet into millets but iam not reduce my weight please suggest any diet to reduce weight

A. besides doing walk. you need to take care about diet and medications.. thyroid should come to normal levels and PCOD should be reduced.. only then you can reduce your weight

A. Hello ma’am Walking is not going to help you as much as Jim is going to gym and walk try to club both the things that I would advise you to go over intermittent dieting if you can possibly do that at least for 12 to 15 hours on an every day basis that is really going to be very helpful for you to lose on your weight and inches more
