I want to conceive… but I am not able to conceive… please suggest me… I am 31 years old… I have thyroid Tsh 9… and PCOS… I want to conceive but not conceiving..what i do...

A. your age being 31 you should first get proper check up about AMH level and proper abdominal sonography. if all the conditions are normal then you can try naturally otherwise you may need guidance Before you officially start trying, get a checkup. Ask your doctor about prenatal vitamins that have folic acid , which helps protect against some birth defect It's good advice to lay in bed for 10 to 15 minutes after intercourse Destress yourself Exercise daily
