hello ma'am plz suggest everyone is saying use mustard oil for massage is mustard oil good for massage? what should I do???

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. no problem you can use mustard oil also for body massage even coconut oil almond oil it is not the oil you are using for body massage it is the process of massage itself
