Hello ma'am I'm in 14th week pregnancy now and i just want to know is it ok to start with some basic exercise and how to follow my diet? what is all good to eat ? and how to keep myself motivated and clam?

A. Dear mom during pregnancy you need to eat a healthy diet at a regular interval you should avoid eating anything that is hot by nature fresh seasonal fruits vegetables if you are non-vegetarian you can take eggs and protein them as in chicken along with that having coconut water almonds that should be solved are highly recommended you want to go for a brisk walking and some yoga poses but under your doctor’s consultationWrite Your Answer Here
