Q.
I m 6 week pregnant after my pregnancy I m suffering with constipation and piles I m too worry about it... I wanted to know it is common and it will cure after a time I m too confused please help if anyone knows about it

It’s a common problem with a lot of women so don’t worry about it you can ask your doctor to advise you with some laxity moreover I can only advise you during pregnancy to consume good amount of fluids and butter milk that’s very healthy to release on constipation issue
