hello ma'am good evening i am a mom of 15 month old baby girl,i got c-section,she is my first baby,after c - section i am facing a lot of physical and emotional trauma,due to which i get irritated of parenting more often,since my little one is growing so she is becoming more active and she wants me to play and cling her all the time and i cannot cope with her,due to which i more often shout at my baby and my husband too i am not leading a happy family time please help me.
