mam,i would suggest to take homemade easily digestible food like khichdi, rice, fruits more
but eat couple of bites less than usual.
take natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk more
keep your body well hydrated
chew 3 or 4 mint leaves with pinch of salt and two drops of ginger juice daily in morning.
go for daily walk.
