Q.

hello...its been almost 6 month that i had delivered through c section and still having loose belly looks like m 4 month pregnant...what to do to get back in shape??

A. since it is already 6 months ever since we had your cesarean section at present you can start doing some moderate exercises like brisk walk yoga to reduce the belly fat
