Q.

Hello.. It's been 9months post c section,can anyone help me with answer..is it ok if i restart my excercises? which excercise can help me in reducing belly fat post delivery? can i do skipping and other excercises?

A. in case of C-section your internal sutures may take six to eight months to heal eat low calorie diet.. you can start with brisk walk but exercises to be done only after completion of one year

A. Hi, since it’s been nine months you can start with walking first and start with exercise or yoga. Yoga is a best practice for now, once your body is comfortable then you can start with exercise. Avoid skipping for now. Since it is a C-section it is not good to go for skipping. keep yourself hydrated which is very good. You can start with yoga,yoga is a best practice to get back into shape, tighten your skin, reduce your bellyWrite Your Answer Here
