hello, I have 2 months old boy, sometimes I have headache and it doesn't goes away with oil and massage suggest me some painkiller as I am breastfeeding.

A. You can try applying Zandu palm as it relieves headache most of the time and make sure you drink plenty of water as dehydration also leads to headache and sleep well and avoid stress and if excessive headache then paracetamol can be taken
