Q.

Hello... I have 1 year old baby after delivery my weight is continuously decreasing.so what should I do to increase my weight because at present my weight is only 45 kg

A. focus on feeds. you can feed egg, paneer soya, halwa, banana. a great variety if home made stuff guarantee weight gain plus health as well. that ensures appropriate milestone in time for babies. ok.

A. See maybe you could be suffering with thyroid of continuous decrease into your weight I would just like to tell you that you should get a thyroid test done for yourself too have further clarity on the situation
