Q.

hello I am mom of 21 months baby ....before pregnancy my weight was 55kg my height is 5.2 foot. at the time of delivery it was 81 kg.i had normal delivery. now my weight is 64kg. I want to loose my weight up to 58kg but due to delivery my body become loose. please suggest me some exercises and diet.

A. eat low calorie protein diet. drink lukewarm water.. reduce your sugar intake. walk for the hour daily.. you can also join a gym or do yoga or exercise at home

A. Hi parent please include green tea instead of coffee and tea please avoid sugar more than two tea spoon per day please take one bowl of salad before taking meal please do some exercise and yoga at early morning for one hour daily please avoid oily and spicy food
