hello I am having a severe contpation problem after my deliveries please suggest me some remedies to cope up with it

Dear Mother physical activeness is very important along with that you need to eat healthy at regular intervals and stay hydrated drink at least eight glasses of water do yoga poses that will help relieve constipation eat papaya and curd as it helps greatly in relieving constipation you can also start having jira water in the morning this will greatly help youWrite Your Answer Here
