Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. the most important thing will be prevention of temperature variations around the child which is the most common cause of recurrent cough and cold and give nasal saline drops every 3 hours Li and indirect steam inhalation and warm water to drink and if the running nose is more you can give drops maxtra 0.5 ml according to need can be given maximum three times per day if required
