ExpertArchanaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hi, try to eat healthy and balanced diet with variety of homecooked foods like whole grains, millets , dals and pulses, milk and milk products, seasonal and fresh fruits and vegetables, healthy fats in small quantities and adequate water to keep you hydrated.
add small mid-meals after every 2 hours and regularize your meal timings.
avoid fried, processed and junk foods, carbonated beverages, maida / refined flour recipes, too much of salt, sugar and fats.
you can also go on walk, start exercise or yoga.

take care of diet
have frequent small meals
restrict sugar intake
avoid oil spicy foods..
drink plenty of water.. prefer warm water..
start with some exercises or yoga or brisk walking..
