after delivery I am loss 20 kg now I am 40kg.iwant to gain my Weight but not gaining my weight? I have but D deficiency.how can gain my weight?

Did you get a thyroid test done for yourself because a lot of times women do have a thyroid after delivery which makes them lose weight suddenly you know like good amount of weight they lose so I think it could possibly be that is only the 1st to get a Thyroid test done and if it is negative then you should consult a nutritionist they will help you with proper diet plan to increase your weight
