Q.
Hello, Egg white massage is good for 1 month baby? If yes, please share the procedure of how to use egg white as a baby massage and any baby oil is necessary to mix and massage. Thanks in advance!

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. I m not aware of egg massage. it's good to do oil massage as oil Massaging make the baby relax and enhances sleep. It also keeps the bones and muscles strong and healthy also nourish the skin.

I'm not quite aware of any such massage but I would like to share with you another tecnic to make her bath
you may use the besan flour mixed with the milk to make her bath (gently rub the mixture over her body and then rinse it with small quantity if water )
