hello due to baby growth edd changed to 9 nov actual edd through lmp was 22 nov recent Doppler weight 3405 kg my height is 5 feet doc asking to do surgery i was active during whole pregnancy i want to have normal delivery please suggest with correct ways

Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment
Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration
