hello Dr, now my baby had completed 2 months n he had pearl in his upper gums its look like tooth . is it tooth or sumthing else? plz suggest what to do

ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist4 years agoA. Hi you should consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for proper clinical examination of this condition.. usually first milk teeth erupts as early as 4-6 months.. clean the gum pad area with moist cotton cloth
