how to know it's a tooth or epstein pearl in my 4.5 old son?

A. Hi Epstein pearls can be multiple in numbers..but if there's erupting teeth it should be single in number.. also consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for proper examination.. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip

A. thank you for reaching out to us with this question please note that are the best ways to wait and watch as soon as it's about 3 to 4 days you will notice if the teeth is erupting or not because teething in some babies start as early as 4 months and possible that it could just be a tooth
