how to know it's a tooth or epstein pearl in my 4.5 old son?

ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist4 years agoA. Hi Epstein pearls can be multiple in numbers..but if there's erupting teeth it should be single in number.. also consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for proper examination.. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip
