Q.

hello dr, my son is 13 month old... before delivery I was 89 kg.. after delivery only with breast feed till now I have reduced 17 kg without any diet and exercise.. is there any prob with this...now I'm 72 kg .. kindly help on this.. still I'm breast feed my child..

A. Hi, since your baby has completed one year you can start giving five solid food and gradually stop breastfeeding. So you can start with walking or yoga. yoga is a best practice to reduce your weight and get back into shape and tighten your skin post delivery. With this have a healthy fibre and calcium rich food and take adequate liquid and keep yourself hydrated.
