i have gain very much weight from last 1.5 yrs i.e from right after delivery. i am 89 kg now. how to loose weight

A. Hello mom And now your baby is more than one years old and you can start doing yoga regularly. Yoga is very fact of losing pregnancy weight. Do yoga at least for 40 minutes every morning. Rather than this cut the calories intake and add more fiber food in your regular diet plan
