hello dr my baby is 4+ months old he is not gaining enough weight at the time of birth he was 3.480kg and now he is just 5.100 kg. he is active. m breastfeeding him but it doesn't seem to work. what to do kindly suggest

Yes your child is little underweight as per the weight that your child should have gained so I think it would be good for you to start giving formula milk to the child other than breastfeeding because some kids do not gain sufficiently velvet breastfeeding so formula should also be given
